The Sustainable Business Exchange, "A forum for sharing and learning sustainable business practices", is committed to helping organizations develop and apply sustainable solutions that improve their triple bottom lines (profits, people, and planet) results. The project idea was developed by Fox Valley Technical College with encouragement from SCA Tissue, the forum sponsor.

The forum was created to help:

  • Identify practical sustainability applications for your business
  • Gain access to thought leaders in the industry
  • Engage in meaningful question and answer sessions
  • Network and benchmark with your peers
  • Identify useful resources and tools to take back to your organization
  • Participate in real-life problem solving exercises

The following Industry partners serve in an advisory role, help in providing thought leadership, and share their sustainability journey examples: Affinity Health Systems, Ariens, Goodwill Industries of NCW, Bassett Mechanical, Boldt, Faith Technologies, and I.S.O. International.

The first Sustainable Business Exchange was held on April 13th, 2011 and is offered free of charge to any individual interested in helping their organization begin or continue their sustainability journey. More information can be found at:
